Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bolton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work of this Contract comprises of the supply of all materials, labour and equipment required for upgrades to Bolton North Hill Sewage Pumping Station as described herein and shown on the Contract Drawings. The Work includes, but is not limited to: - Installation of buried emergency storage pipe. - Installation of influent sanitary maintenance hole with inline grinder, isolation valve and gravity sewer connection from proposed emergency storage pipe. - Removal of existing structures and equipment from wet well, and reparation and coating of interior concrete walls. - Installation of new higher capacity pumps, process piping, and appurtenances in wet well. - Replacement of precast wet well roof slab to accommodate new equipment. - Installation of precast concrete valve chamber downstream of wet well with inline flow and pressure monitoring, by-pass connection, check valves and isolation valves. - Installation of new sections of forcemain between wet well and new valve chamber, and from new valve chamber to existing forcemain on-site. - Replacement of emergency standby generator with higher capacity unit, including new exhaust piping and stack, and associated upgrades to building ventilation. - Installation of concrete curb for secondary fuel containment around both generator and fuel storage tank. - Replacement of existing motor control centre (MCC) and associated electrical equipment to accommodate new equipment. - Replace asphalt singles on control building roof with metal roofing system. - Site grading including retaining wall to accommodate proposed valve chamber and parking lot expansion. - Installation of air valve chamber and new section of forcemain to tie into existing forcemain on Crestridge Drive.
