Webb & Lizzie Streets The scope of the 2020 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM REHABILIATION project is the rehabilitation of portions of the Town of Selma's sanitary sewer system utilizing trenchless and near-trenchless rehabilitation techniques to include cured-in-place pipe liners, pipe bursting followed with HDPE liners, lateral rehabilitation from the main to the property line and manhole rehabilitation to include interior repairs followed by the application of a cementitious liner. The Town reserves the right to add to or amend the list of sewers designated for rehabilitation, based on bid prices and available funds. All work shall be in conformance with the project drawings and specifications and the 2018 edition of the NCDOT Standard Specifications. The approximate quantities of work include the rehabilitation of approximately: 1,432 LF of 6" sewers, 1,129 LF of 8" sewers, 1,066 LF of 12" sewers and 361 LF of 15" sewers; 100 VF of manhole cementitious liner, sewer lateral replacement and cleanout addition or replacement. Miscellaneous tasks required to make the project whole includes, but not limited to, pavement repairs, seeding/mulching and site cleanup. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, add or delete streets, whichever it deems to be in the Town's best interest. This project will be bid on a unit price basis per the bid form. Payment will be made for actual quantities installed.
