Southeast Park Site Work The City of Tallahassee, Florida (City) invites prospective Bidders to submit bids for construction of the Southeast Park. The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for construction of the Southeast Park as detailed in the plans. A listing of pay items and quantities to be completed for this Project is provided on the Bid Summary Sheets in the Proposal. Certified MBE Participation 14% The amount of the Bid security shall be five percent (5%) of the Bid.The successful bidder shall furnish security in the form of a bond provided by the City as security for the performance of the Contractor under this City contract in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Certified WBE Participation 9% Q & A deadline: Jul 14, 2020 8:30:00 AM EDT The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to waive any informality in Bids when such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the City, and to reject the Bid of a Bidder who is not in a position to perform the Contract.
