The furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials required for the landslip repair project on T-38 Paw Paw Creek Road. Contractors bidding on this project shall have experience in the area of work specified by the pay item and experience in the specified repair method. Each bid shall have filed with it a bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit revocable only at the option of Salem Township in the amount equal to 10% of the bid or a bond in accordance with Division (b) Section 153.54 of the Revised Code. The estimated cost of this project is $246,310.00 and the project cannot be awarded if the bid exceeds the estimate by more than 10%.
