Site work and paving for a road / highway in North Enid, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Business Relationships Affidavit, NonCollusion Affidavit, Affidavit, and cashier's check, a certified check, a Surety Bond, or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the base bid, as a guaranty, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to submit Statutory, Performance, and Maintenance Bonds, or Letters of Credit in lieu of those bonds, prior to commencing work on the project. For purposes of your bid, do not include any local or state sales tax. The Town of North Enid will appoint the successful bidder its agent for the purpose of receiving tax-exempt status on the purchase of materials for this Contract only. Authority Oklahoma Statute, Article 68, Paragraph 1356, 1983. The Town of North Enid reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
