The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for CCTV Tenant Improvements at 575 Trade Street SE Salem, OR 97301 for the benefit of Mid-Willamette Valley Cable Regulatory Commission. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Capital Community Television on behalf of the Mid-Willamette Valley Cable Regulatory Commission, also known as CCTV, has purchased space located at 575 Trade Street in Salem. CRC has budgeted funds to remodel the space to create a multimedia wing, television, radio and internet. Each Offer shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit (Bank), or Bid Bond, payable to Mid-Willamette Valley Cable Regulatory Commission in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Offer. The successful Offeror shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract, executed in favor of Marion County, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for services and goods. Bidders are not required to attend this voluntary pre-bid conference, but with the complexity of this project it is strongly recommended that bidders or their representative attend. PROJECT START DATE: 12 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 60 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed FINAL COMPLETION: 90 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed or November 30, 2020.
