Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Building Architectural: o Replacement of existing entry gate with new powder-coated gate. o Replacement of barbed wire around of the perimeter of the property. o Replacement of existing single and double door jams and doors. o Removal of all existing louvers in space. o Partial CMU block fill in of existing NE louver in preparation of new Bard exterior all in one HVAC unit. o New roll-up door in the place of 2 existing south facing louvers. o New concrete apron from existing asphalt roadway to new roll-up door entry way. o New CMU screen wall on west and south sides of property with barbed wire. o New concrete slab for exterior generator fuel tank. o Demo of existing Generator pad and new thicker and wider pad installed. Electrical: o New electricalservice upgrade to 480V/3 Phase. o All existing electrical gearshall be replaced with new, includes: o Main breaker - 400A/3 o Automatic Transfer Switch - 400A/3 Pole o Generator - 200kW/250kVA/480V/3 o Distribution Panel - 400A/3 o Generator Connection Box o Transformer - 45kVA/480V-208V/3 o Panelboard - 150A MB/208V/3 o New interior and exterior LED light fixtures. o New conduits for card reader access and security cameras. o Relocate existing DFS system to NE corner of building. o Re-work and consolidation of existing DFS system conduits for new system location. o Scope also includes conduits for various telemetry, controls, generator controls, power circuits, and spare conduits, as well as hand-holes for easy access in the future. Mechanical/Plumbing: o Demo of all pumps, motors, starters, etc. associated with pumping capabilities of the pump station. o (3) New 75HP motor / pump combos o 3 - 12 Pulse VFDs: Rated at 75HP New pedestals for motor/pump combo. o New motorized louver for generator intake. o Controls for motorized louver to open when generator is in operation. o New Bard 10-ton HVAC unit o Interior metal shroud/duct for generator exhaust. o Exterior metal scoop to push generator exhaust vertically once outside of the building. o Re-locate existing chlorine drain piping per new chlorine analyzer's location. o Demo existing concrete tank and sump pump. o Cut existing 3" iron drain pipe and extend with new 3" PVC to low spot at the rear of the property.
