The successful proposer(s) must provide information and cost for the Hardware: 1. Monopole design and materials – detailed Bill of Materials with manufacturer’s model and stamped drawings (engineering, design, drawings, and Monopole materials including foundation template if applicable, to be provided by proposers). 2. Foundation design. 3. Shipping (all material including steel and miscellaneous), FOB Destination. 4. Any other required material for the Monopole as needed. NTUA preferred hardware is a direct buried telecommunication monopole with concrete filled foundation D. The successful proposers must provide information and cost for the Services: 1. Monopole erection. 2. Foundation installation INCLUDING materials. 3. Grounding installation INCLUDING materials. 4. Concrete pads installation INCLUDING materials. 5. Materials and installation of fence for site compound. 6. Materials and installation of gravel for site area on monopole location. 7. Monopole inspection and testing shall be completed by a third-party company, PE stamp is required. 8. Any other installation task related to the installation of a telecommunications Monopole. 9. Shipping – FOB Destination.
