For the ARLE Traffic Signal Upgrades at the following intersections: Bakerstown Road (SR 4068) and Meridian Road/Richland Upper Elementary School; Gibsonia Road (SR 0910) and Ewalt Road; Gibsonia Road (SR 0910) and Turner Road/McIntyre Road; William Flinn Highway (SR 0008) and Sandy Hill Road/Cunningham Road; William Flinn Highway (SR 0008) and Heckert Road; William Flinn Highway (SR 0008) and Grandview Crossing Drive; William Flinn Highway (SR 0008) and Northtowne Square; William Flinn Highway (SR 0008) and Gibsonia Road (SR 0910); William Flinn Highway (SR 0008) and Richland Mall; and Gibsonia Road (SR 0910) and Meridian Road. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Richland Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. All bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and submit proof thereof with their bid. Pennsylvania prevailing minimum wage rates will apply. Bids may be held by Richland Township for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the Contract. Richland Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
