generally consists of leveling the top of dam; extending the left dam abutment to meet natural ground; add an earthen stability berm along a portion of the dam; widen the earthen auxiliary spillway by approximately 270 feet from 210 feet to 480 feet; extend the existing RCP principal spillway conduit downstream; line the principal spillway conduit with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP); construct a new concrete impact basin structure on the downstream end of the principal spillway conduit; construct seepage control measures (toe drain, filter blanket, etc.); construct rock riprap wave erosion protection on the upstream embankment slope; construct flex-base access roads; install temporary fencing and stormwater pollution prevention measures during construction and remove when construction is complete; and topsoil and revegetate all disturbed areas using native and adapted species.
