Demolition and site work for a military facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment required for removal of HAZMAT's, deconstruction of buildings D8 / D116 including removal of foundations, as well as the purchase and erection of a new fabric building. Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 90 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
