Site work for a residential development in Tomball, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The Project Consists of the Mass Grading of Approximately 36 Acres for Future Single-family Residential Development (Key Map No. 287-e, J). Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum and Unit Price Basis as Indicated in the Bid Form. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price The Work will be substantially completed within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 75 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
