Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wales, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Wales is seeking bids for paving 4,700 feet on the Bull Run Rd. Bull Run road, Wales. Reclaim all of bull run road, approximately 10,500 sy yds. Add 2100 cu yds Gravel/RAP/Reclaim, in place with leveling and compaction, Paving 2.5 inches of binder/19 mm., overlay Paving, 1.5 inches surface, both of 20 feet in width, tack between all lifts. Approximately 100 linear feet of butt joint and approximately 30 tons of hand placed asphalt. All work shall be constructed as outlined in this contract and as directed by the Town of Wales, Public Works Director. Project Location Bull Run Road from Pond road to the Greene Town Line. Approximately 4700 feet in length and a width of 20 feet. . The road will be ready for paving by 08/10/2020.
