Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,840-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

**As of October 6, 2021, project has been awarded but awarded amount was not confirmed. A contractor pre-qualification application will not be required for this re-bid. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Carolina Beach reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and also reserves the right to accept the bid most advantageous to the County. The basis of the contract will be a Single Prime General Contract. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required with each bid. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required to be included in the bid. A Pre-Bid meeting will not be held for the re-bid of this project. All questions should be submitted in writing via email to Amy Perry at amy@dunndalton.com . The last day to submit questions will be August 10, 2021 at 12:00 pm. Questions received after this time may not be answered. If the Architect deems the question to significantly affect the bidding of the project, an addendum will be issued. Phone call questions are strongly discouraged. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond shall be required of the Contractor by the Owner in the full amount of the Contract price
