The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of performing sanitary sewer repairs and grouting abandoned sewer pipes and installation; provides temporary sanitary sewer service laterals, bypass pumping/or plugging, and other miscellaneous items for a completed project. Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, supplies and with minimum traffic disruption or sewer down time. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a qualified Surety in the amount of 10% of the Bid is required for this project in accordance with the Notice to Bidders. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the total Bid will be required of the Awardee.
