The North Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, NC Forest Service, require a qualified Vendor to provide Community Wildfire Protection Program (CWPP) Services for the Pilot Mountain State Park, located at Pinnacle, NC. The 19-acre project will consist of fuel reduction and creating a defensible space Pilot Mountain State Park for visitor and infrastructure protection. Pilot Mountain State Park has a unique access design. It only has one main park road to access the Summit Area. The park averages 2,500 4,000 visitors per day during its busiest season. It also has a one road access off of the main park road to the campground at its capacity can hold 282 campers. There are also two park residences located in this section of the park.
