Renovation of a municipal facility in Homewood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Village of Homewood, Cook County, Illinois invites sealed bids for façade improvement. Contractor shall perform required demolition of brick masonry and concrete block wall sections, repair or reconstruction of load bearing backup wall, installation of new brick and concrete block soaps, installation of new in-wall flashings, weeps and drip edges, installation of new vertical joints, replacement of all caulking, coating of block wall surfaces and waterproofing of all brick masonry surfaces. The Village of Homewood reserves the right to waive technicalities, to reject any or all bid proposals, or to accept any bid proposal which is considered most favorable to the Village of Homewood.
