For performing all work necessary and incidental to: Provide professional consulting services in connection with La Granada, Wilder, Freeway, and Grissom reservoirs rehabilitation projects in two phases: 1) Design Phase, entails design and preparation of construction contract documents (plans, specifications, engineer's estimate), and engineering services during the bid process, 2) Construction Phase, entails providing engineering support and inspection services during construction of the project. All services shall be provided in accordance with this Request for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/Q).
