Site work for a civil project in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project includes soil lift/erosion control fabric installation, installation of beaver dam analogs, riparian plantings, and seeding of disturbed areas The Willow Lake Fence project area is located in Sanpete County 24 miles west of Ferron, UT. The project will begin early September to mid November 2020 and must be completed and inspected by Friday November 13, 2020 As part of the overall Strawberry River Mitigation Project the work to be performed under this contract consists of soil lift/erosion control fabric installation, installation of beaver dam analogs, riparian plantings, seeding of disturbed areas and weed control. The selected contractor will provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and operators to facilitate all aspects of the restoration treatment detailed within this document. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, communications and performing all work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the contract. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the contract documents which may be necessary for the complete, safe and proper construction of the work in good faith shall be provided by the contractor within the contract time and for the bid amounts. BDA’s and soil lift installation should take place during periods of low flow between August 17, 2020 and Oct 9, 2020. If needed container stock plantings could be delayed till the spring of 2021 (or to fall 2021 with approval). Weed control efforts will take place in the spring and fall of each year for four (4) years after project completion (i.e. 2021-2025) Location: Upper Strawberry River. Approximately 1.5 miles upstream (North) of the U.S. Highway 40 crossing of the Strawberry River (NW of Strawberry Reservoir). Project area access preferred route via Forest Road 384 which dead ends at the downstream extent of the project site. Access via other Forest Roads impaired by cultural resources. Approximate UTM Zone 12 of downstream extent, 480309.00 m E, 4461295.00 m N. Approximate UTM Zone 12 of upstream extent, 480102.00 m E, 4462741.00 m N.
