Custom BT SWSP SEGMENT B1 Harper Brothers Construction $119,960,445 SWSP SEGMENT B2 Harper Brothers Construction $63,954,707 Scope of Contract is for construction of approximately 14,500 linear feet of 84-inch diameter and 40,000 linear feet of 96-inch diameter waterlines with all necessary valves and appurtenances, from west of Brittmoore Road to west of I-45. The proposed waterline installation will be primarily installed with Open-Cut construction methods. The tunnels will cross Harris County roads, TxDOT roads, Union Pacific Railroad, BSNF Railroad, Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) drainage systems, and private pipelines. Details of this work are provided in the Construction Drawings and Project Manual. This project is a part of the overall Surface Water Supply Project. There will be four sets of plans posted. Three sets will be considered the "Permitted or Agency Approval Sets'' that will include all the agency signatures and a fourth set that will be the "Bid Set" of drawings. The Bid Set is generated directly from cad to address the lost clarity and color from scanning the Permitted Set. Contractors should utilize the "Bid Set" when generating their bid.
