Relocated Police Department: $1,700,000.00City of Plainview is accepting Request for Proposals for Constuction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) from contractors for proposed Public Safety Facilities: a new Fire Station and relocation/interior remodel of Police Department. The Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) will be utilized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 775, Texas Health & Safety Code and Ch. 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code.
