Site work, new construction and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Plainview, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Construction Manager-At-Risk shall be accountable for the construction budget and shall work with the architect to identify the design, systems and finishes required to meet the established budget. As currently identified, the Construction Cost is not to exceed the following: A. New Fire Station: $4,600,000.00 B. Relocated Police Department: $1,700,000.00City of Plainview is accepting Request for Proposals for Constuction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) from contractors for proposed Public Safety Facilities: a new Fire Station and relocation/interior remodel of Police Department. The Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) will be utilized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 775, Texas Health & Safety Code and Ch. 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code.
