Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Statesville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of August 27, 2020 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 15, 2020. The scope of work identified by the construction documents will include but not be limited to upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection in addition to new toilet facilities, locker rooms, gymnasium finishes/equipment and various ADA improvements. Civil improvements include new accessible walks, parking & bus lots, dock access, queue road, water service, and grease trap. Also included will be a new drop off and loading area, required stormwater facilities and storm drainage systems. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract with an anticipated Notice to Proceed of September 15, 2020 with an eight (8) month project duration. The school will be void of all students and faculty during this time. Addendum #1 has been issued. Addendum #2 has been issued. Addendum #3 has been issued.
