Work included: Provide a complete computerized plant operation and control system with appurtenant equipment and accessories as indicated, specified, and as necessary for a complete and proper operating system. 1. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: a. All PLC hardware, programmable logic controller I/O Boards and other appurtenances as indicated and specified herein and as required by the process flow and instrumentation diagrams and descriptions. b. All engineering, hardware and software development, installation, startup, calibration services and supervision necessary. c. Testing and operational demonstrations as specified. d. Training programs as specified. e. Preparation of instruction manuals.
