Site work for a water / sewer project in Prineville, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of August 13, 2020 this project is on hold until funding can be secured. The City of Prineville - Meadow Lakes Golf Course is seeking services related to the Golf Course Irrigation Renovation Project consisting of preserving existing mainline, removal and replacement of isolation valves, installation of new lateral piping, sprinklers and control system on approximately 132 acres of maintained Turfgrass. It is anticipated that the Prineville City Council will present the Intent to Award the contract at the Council meeting on the 28th day of July 2020. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 8th day of September 2020 with a completion date of no later than the 31 day of December, 2020. The work contemplated generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the Meadow Lakes Golf Course Irrigation Renovation/Upgrade Project as described below. All work and materials must comply with the adopted City of Prineville Standard Specifications except as superseded in the following special conditions. The Consultant the City hired for the project estimated the Base bid to be 51,440,000.00 Add Alt #1: $12,500 Add Alt #2: $72,000 Add Alt #3: $107,400 Add Alt #4: $110,750 Add Alt #5: $91,500 Add Alt #6: $25,000 Add Alt #7: $17,500
