Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Street and Sidewalk Work Roadway Resurfacing New Sidewalk and granite curbing Installation of new roadway signage and striping Installation of landscaping, street trees and other street amenities Maintenance and protection of traffic. Site restoration For purposes of this contract, the New York State Department of Health hereby establishes a goal of 30% for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“MWBE”) participation on any eligible expenses including subcontracted labor or services, equipment, materials, or any combined purchase of the foregoing under this contract. The goal on the eligible portion of this contract will be 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”) participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs). Water Service Replacement Removal and replacement of lead water services with new copper tubing from the roadway watermain connection in the basement of private homes. Temporary street and sidewalk restoration. Maintenance and protection of traffic.
