Deadline for Questions by Interested Parties 07/21/2020 , 3:00 PM The successful proposer on this proposal must furnish a performance bond to Kissimmee Utility Authority, Kissimmee, Florida, in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the proposal, prepared on an approved form, as security for the faithful performance of his contract, within ten (10) days of notification that the proposal has been accepted. The surety thereon must be such surety company or companies as are authorized and licensed to transact business in the State of Florida. The successful proposer upon failure or refusal to furnish within ten (10) days after notification the required performance bond shall forfeit to the KUA, as liquidated damages, their performance bond. KUA reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, or any part thereof and/or to waive irregularities and technicalities and to request submission. Also, KUA reserves the right to accept all or any part of the proposal and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of KUA. Due to the Covid19 crisis and to reduce the risk of transmission of the virus the Mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for July 16, 2020 at 10:00 am local time at 6075 Old Tampa Highway, Davenport, Florida 33837, will be conducted virtually by following the below link.Join Zoom Meeting
