This project provides for the planning, design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of a four-lane median divided road as a major collector between Sycolin Road and the Dulles Greenway on a 120-foot-wide right-of-way. The project's budget was increased during the FY 2025 CIP budget development process based on the most recent cost estimate. The project also includes shared use paths on both sides of Crosstrail Boulevard, a bridge over Sycolin Creek, and the connection of Compass Creek Parkway to Crosstrail Boulevard. As of November 11, 2024, project is currently in the Design phase. This project is scheduled to be advertised for bid in the first quarter of 2025.
