New construction of an educational facility in Duncan, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 131,760-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Replacement of the existing Cowichan Secondary School located in Duncan, British Columbia. The new school is expected to be approximately 12,200 square metres (gross area), with capacity for 1,100 students, and future expansion capability to 1,500 students. TIMELINE: Invited Request for Proposals have closed and Design/Builder and Architect awards have been announced. Design details will be unveiled following ground-breaking, scheduled for Dec 14, 2021.
