Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyler, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 3800 C.Y. Common Excavation 3 Each F & I Stop Sign 3700 Ton Aggregate Base, Class 5 0.8 Acres Seeding 1000 Ton Bituminous Surface 410 L.F. 12"-15" RCP Storm 1500 L.F. Concrete Curb & Gutter 30 L.F. Storm Structures together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. All work under the Contract must be complete by July 15, 2021. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Tyler shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
