In general, the work consists of: Roof replacement at North Gate, 3,000 sq. ft of existing failed Modified bitumen with new 1/4 per foot tapered polyisocyanurate insulation and 060 fully adhered EPDM. Roof replacement on Horse Barn, 8,800 sq. Ft of existing failed built up roofing - smooth with new 1/4 per foot tapered polyisocyanurate insulation & 060 fully adhered EPDM. the system also includes new metal flashings and copings. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsins prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements.
