Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 146,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Construction of a new Interdisciplinary Collaboration and Innovation (ICI) Building at the Okanagan Campus, in Kelowna BC. The facility will include 200 and 100 seat lecture theatres, and will target LEED Gold certification as a minimum. TIMELINE: Construction is underway. Subtrades tenders Packages are closed but preferred subcontractors selected will not be released for publication.
