Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 2 EA Clearing and Grubbing 1550 LF Sawing Bituminous Surface 1050 LF Remove Curb & Gutter 5000 SF Remove Pavement 450 CY Excavation - Common 300 SY Mill bituminous surface 100 TON Bituminous Paving 3 SF 3" Bituminous Walk 1 EA Const Drainage Structure 5300 SF Concrete Walk 1500 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 110 SY Concrete Driveway Pavement 1 LS Traffic Control 37 EA Install Sign Panel Type C 28 EA Pavement Markings 1450 SF Crosswalk Pref Thermo GR in 4100 LF 4" Solid Line Paint. All work under the Contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications. Only electronic bids will be accepted from Contractors who are listed as plan holders on the City's OneOffice site. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
