Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neptune City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of the additions of ADA ramps, speed humps, mill and overlay of North Riverside Drive. Approximate construction quantities are as follows: 20,000 SY of Mill and Overlay, 70 SY of concrete removal and pavement restoration, 160 LF of concrete curb, 265 SY of concrete sidewalks, and reconstruction of 25 Type B inlets. The Contractor will be required to delivery the product defined under the contract within 60 calendar days forward from the date of the "Notice to Proceed". Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid, drawn on an incorporated bank or trust company, payable to the Township of Neptune, as guarantee that in case the contract is awarded to the bidder, he will, within ten (10) days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond. Upon failure to do so, he shall forfeit the deposit as a partial satisfaction of liquidated damages and the acceptance of the bid will be contingent upon fulfillment of this requirement by the bidder. The checks of all bidders will be returned according to law. No interest shall be allowed upon any such check. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations including P.L. 1975, C.127 (Affirmative Action) P.L. 1999, C.238 (Public Works Contractor Registration) and P.L. 1963, C. 150 (Prevailing Wages). Bidders are required to comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31., NJAC17:27(Affirmative Action), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 USC 12101, et seq.). The Mayor and Committee reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality of any bid.
