Replacement of Telephone, Voicemail, Auto-Attendant and Call Detail Recording Systems Orangeburg County School District (OCSD) is undertaking a comprehensive communications overhaul. OCSD is a newly formed school district which previously consisted of Orangeburg Consolidated School Districts 3, 4, and 5. OCSD is seeking a solution to replace its current three individual phone, auto-attendant, voicemail and call detail recording systems. OCSD prefers the functionality and cost benefits of a VoIP system.
