The Work is to be performed on RD 47 starting at intersection with RD 72G and going North 9,551 feet; Sheep Creek Road starting at intersection with RD 51 and going East 14,554 feet to intersection with RD 55F; Hope Road starting at intersection with RD 47 and going South East 1,465 feet; RD 43 starting at intersection with HWY 26/85 and going North 2,083 feet to North Platte Ditch; RD 55 starting at intersection with RD 6 going South 10,939 feet to Goshen/Laramie County line. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. "the contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified resident's bid is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder." (WY Statute 16-6-102) "Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state."
