Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ottawa, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of removing and replacing and constructing new sidewalk, curb and gutter and driveways. The following are an approximate major quantities of work: 1. 6" Reinforced Concrete 474 Square Yards 2. 4" Concrete Sidewalk 45 Square Yards 3. 8" Crushed Rock 151 Square Yards Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and include all necessary work shown in the construction documents. The bidder shall provide unit prices per items listed on the bid form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All persons awarded and/or entering into contracts with the Owner shall be subject to and required to comply with applicable county, state and federal provisions pertaining to nondiscrimination, labor standards, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action on public contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
