Payment for the bid items will be as a lump sumamount based on the bid quantities and unit prices in the bid proposal. nterpretations or clarifications to the plans or specifications deemed necessary by the Engineer for response will be issued by Addenda. Questions shall be submitted in writing a minimum of7daysinadvanceofthebiddate.Questionsreceivedwithin7daysofthebiddatemaynotbeanswered.
