Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
It is the bidder's responsibility to see that their bid is submitted to the Trust Secretary by the time stated above. Those not received by that time will not be considered. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of the Authority, accept the bid that is in the Authority's best interest in accordance with the State of Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 Title 61, Latest Revision. The Project generally consists of constructing an above ground welded steel or prestressed concrete 1.9 million gallon potable water storage clearwell. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
