Renovation of a municipal facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 10/05/2021 This project has not been awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded in October. As of 09/22/2021 This project has not been awarded and is not expected to be awarded until October. Construction of new Public Address System including audible and visual notification to replace the existing system campus wide. Project includes but is not limited to system hardware and software, devices, speakers, visual strobes, cabling, new and re-use of system raceways, and labor for a complete and operational system. The existing system will be maintained with phased demolition as new system installation occurs campus wide. Representatives of the Owner and Architect/Engineer will be present to discuss the project. All attendees will be required to wear personal protective equipment including face masks, hard hat, safety glasses, hi-vis vest, and steel toe shoes. A site tour will be conducted as part of the mandatory Pre-Bid conference. We anticipate it may take up to 4 hours to complete this conference/tour. During the mandatory Pre-Bid conference, prospective bidders will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to bidding or constructing the work under this contract. If deemed appropriate by the Architect/Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders.
