Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Anticipated award date is August 18, 2020. Questions shall be directed to Mike Wiseman at mwiseman@dupageforest.org This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. The contractor shall also abide by the employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570, sec 1-7). Minority business firms are encouraged to submit bids on the project and successful contract bidders are encouraged to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services and construction. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. No late bids will be accepted. The Forest Preserve Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
