Renovation of a water / sewer project in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are to be received consists of: Rep/ace center column for North Plant Clarifier No. 2 (East Basin). Repair 50 foot radius rake arm for Clarifier as indicated. Also, will require SCADA logic on both north plant clarifiers to be reprogramed to ta/k with cur-rent SCADA system and reconfiguration of reset buttons on control cabinet. Clarification is a very important process at the filtration plant and helps meet the water quality and quantity demands for the City of Evansvlle. Contractor is required to supply all material ,parts, labor and equipment to make all necessary repairs. Work shall also include all super-vision ,testing and all appurtelnances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation , in ac-cordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The above referenced project description includes items that arepart of the Lump Sum Base Bid. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work shown on the plans and described in the specifications pertaining to the Base Bid , regardless of the in-stallation method chosen. The Evansvie Water and Sewer Utiity further reserves the right to waive informalities,and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders) , all to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals.
