Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Reconstruction of S Thompson Rd, from approx. 900-lf south of Main St to Main St intersection, inclusive of widening of the corridor and upgrading the rural section of roadway to an urban section. The new road cross section will include two travel lanes, bike lanes on each side of the road, median area, curb and gutter and a multi-use path on the west side of S Thompson Rd. Upgrades to watermain along S Thompson Rd, and through the Main St intersection will also be completed. Blue Aster Blvd construction from the existing Menards entrance to the Pumpkin Patch Shopping District limits, including storm sewer and watermain installation through project limits. Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Station construction along the east side of S Thompson Rd, approx. 1,100-lf south of Main St. For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds are required. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal and State OSHA requirements as well as to the extent necessary to comply with all Davis-Bacon and/or Wisconsin Prevailing Wage laws. The project is funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program. The City of Sun Prairie reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process. Bids may be held by the City of Sun Prairie for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the bid opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
