Due to the current COVID-19 emergency, each bid shall be submitted electronically through Central Auction House (CAH). Hard copy bids will not be accepted or taken, including receiving any hand delivered bids on days which are recognized as holidays by the United States Postal Service. In-person observation of the bid opening will not be allowed due to the current Covid-19 emergency. Bid results "As Read Aloud" will be distributed to all parties requesting said information by email after the scheduled bid opening. Bidders are urged to secure information relative to the probable time of arrival and distribution of mail at the place where the bids are to be opened.
