Reference number : 1391737 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-07-29 PROJECT: 10 e Rang - Road works and paving (Local roadway assistance program - RIRL component) The Municipality of Lac-Drolet requests quotes for the work described above. Bids must be presented in a sealed envelope with the inscription "Repairing 10 th Row - Rehabilitation and paving work" and the bidder must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of BNQ standard 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 60 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question supplemented by others. Only guarantees issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document. Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered the tender documents in the same name as the one under which they are submitting will be considered. For the purpose of awarding the contract, only submissions from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement are considered. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (LRQ cB-1.1). The deadline for receiving complaints is 11:00 am on July 29, 2020. The person designated to receive complaints is Ms. Joannie Poirier, Director General. The Municipality of Lac-Drolet does not undertake to retain either the lowest or any of the bids presented. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
