Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Redeveloping existing day use area and parking facilities. .2 Decommissioning and reclaiming existing road structures and surfaces. .3 Decommissioning and disposing of existing site amenities and furnishings. .4 Constructing new road structures and surfaces. .5 Constructing new parking facilities and associated accesses. .6 Refurbishing existing road structures and surfaces. .7 Refurbishing existing parking facilities and associated accesses. .8 Supplying and installing pre-fabricated washroom facilities. .9 Supplying and installing site amenities and furnishings. .10 Refurbishing existing lake (reservoir) accesses. .11 Constructing and installing new lake (reservoir) accesses. .12 Establishing and formalizing accesses and trails throughout the project site. Project Location: Barrier Lake Day Use Area, Bow Valley Provincial Park, located off of Highway 40, approximately 12km south of Highway 1 within the Bow Valley Provincial Park.
