Oakland County Roof Replacement Project Replace approximately 26,250 sq ft of existing roofing system at Oakland County Courthouse West Wing Extension, 1200 North Telegraph, Pontiac, MI 48341 with two layers, new Firestone 2" Polyisocyanurate board under new Firestone 1.5" HailGard Polyisocyanurate boards (4'x4' maximum size per board, staggered). Install new 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 inch per foot tapered Polyisocyanurate systems. Install new, Firestone, 90 mil, Platinum EPDM, fully adhered system and all flashings.Install new metal flashings Provide a thirty (30) year roofing manufacturer's warranty and a five (5) year contractor's guarantee.
