For 2020 CDBG - Residence Piering Project The project consists of the installation of piers to raise a home in Woods Cross. This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including compliance with Section 3 of the HUD Act 1968 as amended to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses, however, due to the residential requirements, the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages is not required. Local, minority and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
