This is a RO awarded project that they are collaborating with AISD on to build a new facility for the Rosedale School. This project consists of a 75,000 SF new school with an attached 20,000 SF shell space. The scope includes demolition of the existing school and site (Lucy Read Pre-K/Doss Elementary) where the new facility will be built. New construction will consist of new facility and all site work, landscape and hardscape for construction of the associated sports field, play courts, gardens, playgrounds, and water detention & water quality. roject Size: School-75,000 SF Shell space-20,000 SF 1. Concrete , steel, underground electric, and elevators are being awarded from this set of plans and specifications. Cost savings suggestions are always welcome. Provide VE in the form of an add or deduct from the basis of design. Base price should be per plans and specs.
