The proposed work consists, in general, removal of concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter and asphalt pavement; installing striping for bicycle lanes, buffers, bulbouts, crosswalks, parking, median and traffic lanes; upgrading traffic signals at Telegraph Ave. and 45 th St. intersection including installing traffic signal poles and mast arm, pedestrian push buttons, illuminated street name sign, video detection cameras, electrical conduit and curb boxes; installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons and signs; constructing ADA ramps, sidewalk extension and median; installing storm drain pipe, inlet, manhole, and trash capture devices; providing construction surveying and staking; repairing minor asphalt pavement; and other work specifically shown in the project documents.
