** This project has been awarded to CoyotePak Construction, Inc. in the amount of $369,800. ** The City of Sandpoint is currently seeking bids from qualified Public Works Contractors for the Pine Street Sidewalk Project to include removal and reconstruction of sidewalks and construction of new sidewalks and curb ramps along Pine Street between Boyer and Division Avenues. There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, February 02, 2022 beginning at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. The conference will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. Weather and conditions permitting, the City may include a walk of Pine Street as part of this Pre-Bid Conference. Public Bid Opening Information: The bids will be publicly opened immediately following the bid deadline of 2:00:00 PM Pacific Time - Thursday, February 17, 2022. The Public Bid Opening may be attended in person at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 or may be attended virtually via Zoom at the following link: Bid No 22-3170-1 Pine Street Sidewalk Project Public Bid Opening . ***Please note registration is required to attend the virtual bid opening.
